By accessing or using the Toukh mobile applications, website, or related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Toukh connects customers with partner stores, restaurants, pharmacies, home service professionals, and independent delivery captains. Toukh is a technology platform and is not the seller of goods or the provider of home services unless expressly stated.

Orders placed through the Service are contracts between you and the relevant partner or service provider. Toukh facilitates payment, communication, and logistics where applicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Prices, availability, delivery fees, and estimated times are set by partners and may change. You will see applicable charges before confirming an order.

Payment is processed through approved methods in the app. Failed or disputed payments may result in cancelled orders.

Delivery times are estimates only. Factors including traffic, weather, and partner preparation may affect timing.

For home services, you agree to provide safe access and accurate job details. Disputes regarding workmanship should first be addressed with the service provider through in-app support.

You may not misuse the Service, harass users or partners, commit fraud, interfere with systems, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toukh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Toukh for the relevant transaction in the preceding three months, where permitted by law.
