Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you register, place orders, contact support, or submit reviews on our website—including name, phone, email, delivery addresses, and order details.

We automatically collect device and usage data such as app version, identifiers, IP address, and analytics events to improve the Service.

We also collect location data as described in the Location Data section below.

Access. With your permission through the device’s operating-system prompts, Toukh apps may access your device location. The customer (Toukh) and provider (Toukh Service) apps request location while you use the app (foreground / when-in-use). The captain (Toukh Delivery) app may also request background (“always”) location so we can continue receiving your position while you are online or on an active trip, including when the app is in the background. You may grant, deny, or later revoke these permissions in your device settings.

Collection. When permitted, we collect approximate and precise GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude), reverse-geocoded address text, and service-area identifiers used to determine which services are available near you. Location may come from the device GPS and/or from a map pin or saved address you choose. For captains using Toukh Delivery, we may periodically collect and store your last known location (about every 15 seconds) while you are online or fulfilling a trip.

Use. We use location data to show nearby restaurants and services, set pickup and delivery points, match captains to orders and rides, display maps and navigation, and—where applicable—let customers track an active taxi or delivery trip.

Sharing and control. Location needed to fulfill an order or ride may be shared with our backend (Firebase), with Google Maps / geocoding providers for map and address features, and with captains or providers involved in that request. We do not sell location data. If you deny or revoke location permission, features that depend on it (such as nearby catalog, live tracking, or captain dispatch) may not work until permission is granted again.

We use your data to operate the Service, process orders, enable delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and send service-related notifications.

With your consent where required, we may send promotional messages. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

We share necessary order information—including location needed to fulfill orders or rides—with partners, captains, providers, and payment processors to fulfill your requests.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact support@toukh.com to exercise these rights.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for language preferences, theme settings, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
