Delete customer account

Before you delete your customer account

  1. Save any order receipts or information you need from the Toukh app before continuing.
  2. Deleting your account deactivates access to orders, cart, and saved addresses.
  3. Some order history may be retained as required by law.
  4. For help or reactivation, email support@toukh.com.

Confirm deletion

Sign in with the phone number and password you use in the Toukh consumer app.

Delete account?

This will deactivate your account. You will not be able to use the app with this phone number until you contact support.
